Craig Fraser (2017)

Craig was born in Livingston, in a small town in Scotland in between Edinburgh and Glasgow. He received his integrated master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Edinburgh in 2014, where he worked with Prof. Polly Arnold during his master’s year on frustrated Lewis pair chemistry. He then moved to the National University of Singapore to undertake his Ph.D. with Dr. Rowan Young, funded by the A*STAR SINGA scholarship. His current research is still in the field of frustrated Lewis pairs, searching for cheaper and greener methods for the activation of small molecules and bonds.
